What’s in Store in Torchlight: Infinite’s Eighth Season Sandlord?

The centerpiece of this season is the Cloud Oasis, a city that you'll manage and develop. By collecting resources in the Netherrealm, you can allocate workers across five distinct professions, unlocking new trade routes, bonuses, and seasonal rewards. This unique blend of Action RPG (ARPG) combat and strategy simulation offers a fresh twist to the game.

Thea, previously known as a divine channeler, has undergone a transformation into the Blasphemer. She no longer bestows blessings but instead spreads desecration, inflicting increasing Erosion Damage over time, which intensifies the longer it affects the target.

The Deep Space region has been revamped, introducing five new stages brimming with monsters and survival challenges. Additionally, a new item called Probes has been added. These function similarly to Compasses but occupy their own slot, enhancing both the rewards and the difficulty level of your adventures.

The endgame content has been enriched with new Legendary Stages. These stages are rare and offer unique loot setups that can significantly alter your gameplay strategy. For instance, the Abyssal Vault breaks from tradition by featuring no enemies at all—just heaps of Mystery Chests ready for you to unlock.

In contrast, the Sea of Rites is teeming with non-aggressive goblins. Eliminating them can potentially summon a secret boss, adding an element of surprise and reward. The Supreme Showdown introduces the Golden Gaze mechanic, allowing both you and the bosses to transform enemies into treasure with the right hit.
