Embark on a magical journey to Agrabah in the *Disney Dreamlight Valley* Tales of Agrabah update and meet Aladdin and Princess Jasmine! Unlocking Aladdin and welcoming him to your valley is a multi-step adventure. Let's get started.
First, you'll need to unlock Agrabah. This requires 15,000 Dreamlight to open the realm's door located at the top of the Disney Castle. Once inside, navigate the bustling Agrabah marketplace, but be warned – sandstorms rage through the city!
To reach Jasmine and then Aladdin, you'll need some nimble rooftop navigation. Use the environment to your advantage: walk across arches, drop planks to create pathways, and utilize your pickaxe to clear obstacles. Carefully glide through sand devils to avoid being blown back. After overcoming these challenges, break down a barrier to finally reach Jasmine, triggering the quest "The Ancient Revealed."
Jasmine will explain the source of the sandstorms and Aladdin's disappearance. She'll also mention the Magic Carpet's predicament within Dreamlight Valley. To help, you'll need to upgrade your pickaxe. This involves finding three wooden planks scattered throughout Agrabah – one near Jasmine, another near the carpet merchant, and a final one on a rooftop near a large archway. Bring these to Jasmine, then continue navigating the rooftops.
Next, locate three chests containing Artisan's Alloy, a crucial crafting component. These chests are hidden throughout Agrabah. Use the planks you've collected to reach them. Once you've gathered the Alloy, craft the Artisan's Alloy Pickaxe Upgrade at the crafting table behind Jasmine. Equip the upgrade, and then break the large sandstone deposits as directed by Jasmine. Follow the path, collecting more planks along the way, until you finally meet Aladdin!
After a heartfelt reunion, you'll complete "The Ancient Revealed" quest. Now it's time to bring Aladdin and Jasmine home!
To invite Aladdin to Dreamlight Valley, return to your valley and choose a location for their house. Speak to Scrooge McDuck, who will handle the construction for 20,000 Star Coins. Jasmine will arrive first, followed by Aladdin. Both will introduce new quests, craftable items, and unique rewards along their Friendship Paths.
