All four items are located in the same building where Big Dill is standing. Look for icons with exclamation points over them, including a drink container on the roof. An alternative strategy is to land at a nearby POI or landmark to gather loot before heading to Crime City. This approach allows you to avoid immediate combat and return to Big Dill once the area is less contested. After interacting with all four items, return to the roof and speak with Big Dill about the *Fortnite* party. Completing this will finish both the Found Quest and Stage 3 of the Wanted: Joss Outlaw Quests, rewarding you with a substantial amount of XP.
