To start your romantic journey with Panam, you'll need to progress into Act 2 of *Cyberpunk 2077*. It's crucial to choose the Male V Voice and Male V Body Type, as these are prerequisites for romancing Panam. Below, you'll find a detailed guide on the missions you need to complete to foster a relationship with her.

Complete Ghost Town

The journey begins with the Main Job "Ghost Town," which you'll unlock after completing "Playing for Time" at the start of Act 2. In this mission, you'll meet Johnny Silverhand's former flame, Rogue Amendiares, at the Afterlife, who will direct you to meet Panam Palmer, a Nomad. Although your initial encounter with Panam might be rocky, helping her retrieve her car from the Raffen at Rocky Ridge can set the stage for a deeper connection.

Whether you choose stealth or a direct approach at Rocky Ridge doesn't matter, but when Panam seeks your help for revenge against Nash, respond with, "OK. So where's this hideout?" During the mission, whether you use stealth or go loud doesn't matter, but focus on rescuing Saul from the basement. After escaping into the sandstorm, mediate an argument between Panam and Saul by saying, "Let's take it easy – you're both tired," or "Shitty idea, Panam's right." At the trainyard, climb the communications tower with Panam and engage in a heartfelt conversation. Choose the following options: "[Stand by window] Missed you," "So let's start," "Great plan. This conversation deepens your connection, and after leaving the tower, choose to "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold" at the campfire to further your romance.
