Firaxis Games Unveils Civ 7 Post-Launch Roadmap
Firaxis Games has revealed its post-launch roadmap for Civilization VII (Civ 7), detailing upcoming content following the game's February 11th release. The roadmap includes a mix of paid DLC and free updates.
Paid DLC: Ada Lovelace and Simon Bolivar
The first wave of paid DLC will feature Ada Lovelace and Simon Bolivar as playable leaders. These additions will be released in March as part of the Content Collections.
March Free Updates: New Wonders and More
March will also see the release of free updates. These updates will include new content, although specific details are yet to be fully disclosed. A teaser image suggests the inclusion of the Bermuda Triangle and Mount Everest as features.
Future Content: Leaders, Civilizations, and Wonders
Beyond March, Firaxis plans to release additional content, including two more leaders, four new civilizations, and four world wonders. New events and challenges are also in the pipeline, though release dates remain unannounced. Further content drops are anticipated in October 2025 and beyond.

- Multiplayer team functionality
