Blue Protocol Global Release Canceled as Japan Servers Close DownBandai Namco announced the termination of Blue Protocol's Japanese service on January 18, 2025. Consequently, the planned global release is canceled. The company cited its inability to deliver a satisfactory ongoing service as the reason.

In an official statement, Bandai Namco expressed regret, stating their inability to maintain a service meeting player expectations. They also acknowledged disappointment at the termination of global development with Amazon Games.

Until the January shutdown, Bandai Namco will continue supporting Blue Protocol with updates and new content. Rose Orb purchases and refunds will cease, but players will receive 5,000 Rose Orbs monthly (September 2024 – January 2025) and 250 daily. Season passes, starting with Season 9, will be free, and the final update (Chapter 7) is scheduled for December 18, 2024.
