Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a toxic gas-filled Kentucky BioTech facility. After a gas mask malfunction and resulting hallucination, you'll find yourself needing to escape a lower level. Locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Accessing the Security Console

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucinations!). Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call at the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You’ll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Obtaining the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") in the Director's office to access the A.C.R. room (more zombies!). A mannequin holds the Yellow card, but interacting with it summons an abomination.

Before confronting the abomination and its zombie horde, gather armor, weapons, and importantly, the grappling hook – crucial for mission completion. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the threat and retrieve the Yellow Card.

Locating the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to reach higher ground and escape the A.C.R. room. Next, acquire the Green card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the Administration area. Answer the ringing phone. You must locate and place four documents in the file display area.

While collecting documents (one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a small central table, and one in the cafe), manage the pursuing mannequins by sprinting and using their freeze-in-place mechanic. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Retrieving the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate the glass chamber and the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that appears (shoot moving objects to reveal it).

Securing the Red Card

Head to the East Wing (marked on your map), following the red carpets to a water-filled room with a Mangler and a console. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, and climb the ladders. Clear the zombies and use the blacklight to unlock a door. Solve the drain puzzle (25-second timer) to access the final area. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to claim the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk, insert all four cards, and take the elevator to the top floor. A final confrontation with the Disciple and a horde of zombies awaits. Completing this encounter concludes the mission (after a final hallucination sequence).
