Bethesda to Unveil Oblivion Remake Tomorrow

By LoganMay 15,2025

After months of swirling rumors and tantalizing leaks, Bethesda is poised to officially unveil the much-anticipated remake of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion tomorrow. The announcement is scheduled for 11:00 am EST and will be streamed live on both YouTube and Twitch.

In a recent tweet, Bethesda shared the news, cleverly hinting at the reveal with a prominent "IV" and a background strikingly similar to iconic Oblivion artwork. This has fueled speculation that the long-awaited remake is finally coming to fruition.

The whispers of an Oblivion remake have been circulating for what feels like an eternity. Initial rumors surfaced in 2020 following a leaked Bethesda release schedule from the FTC vs. Microsoft trial in 2023, which suggested an Oblivion remaster for fiscal year 2022. Although the document's age and passed release window cast doubt on the project's viability, more recent leaks reignited the buzz. In January of this year, reports emerged of a full-blown remake in development by Bethesda with assistance from Virtuos. Last week's leaks from Virtuos' website, showcasing in-game footage, further solidified these claims.

Should the latest leaks hold true, The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion Remastered is set to launch on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms. Fans can also look forward to a Deluxe Edition, featuring the infamous horse armor, in addition to the standard release.

Don't miss the chance to get all the official details tomorrow. Tune in to see Bethesda confirm the remake and share more exciting information about The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
