While Baldur's Gate 3 boasts many well-known romance options, a secret encounter with Naoise Nallinto awaits those who venture off the beaten path. This guide details how to find and romance this intriguing character at Sharess' Caress.

Locating Naoise Nallinto

  1. Reach Act III: Progress your game to the early stages of Act III. You'll need to have reached Wyrm's Crossing on your journey to Baldur's Gate.

  2. Visit Sharess' Caress: This brothel is located on the eastern side of the bridge leading into Baldur's Gate. If you've already explored Wyrm's Crossing, use the South Span fast-travel point for quick access.

  3. Find the Nymph's Grotto: On the second floor, look for a door with a green light and ivy. This locked door leads to the Nymph's Grotto (requires a lockpick skill of 10 or higher to open).

Romancing Naoise Nallinto

  1. Interact with Naoise: Inside the Grotto, you'll find Naoise with Jara. Interrupting their encounter will trigger a confrontation. Choose dialogue options carefully; selecting "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken" is a suitable starting point.

  2. Defeat Jara: After a transformation, you'll need to defeat Jara.

  3. Engage Naoise: Following the fight, Naoise will reveal her interest in Mindflayers. Avoid judgmental responses; instead, try options like "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset." A successful Insight check will highlight her receptiveness to romance.

  4. The Romantic Encounter: Continue the conversation with options like "What did you have in mind?" and "Close your eyes and listen." This unique encounter takes place within your mind.

  1. Choosing Your Path: Naoise will ask you to choose what you will "be." Options include Revered, Contented, Powerful, Rich, or ending the encounter. Each choice leads to a different outcome.

  2. The Rapture Boon: Successfully completing the encounter grants the "Rapture" boon, providing a passive 1d6 bonus to various ability checks. Note that this encounter is unique and cannot be repeated.
