Aniimo: Mobile Open-World RPG Revealed at Xbox Showcase

Kingsglory, a new publishing label, has revealed its inaugural project: Aniimo, an open-world action RPG announced during the Xbox Games Showcase. Developed by Pawprint Studio, the game is slated for a 2026 launch on mobile, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.

Kingsglory was founded by FunPlus, the company behind State of Survival and King of Avalon. The label focuses on empowering studios to build cross-platform IPs using cutting-edge technology. Their debut title, Aniimo, will be a free-to-play, online-only experience.

Closed Beta Arrives This Summer

Kingsglory has confirmed a closed beta test for Aniimo on PC, with sign-ups currently available through their official site. Mobile users can also pre-register for the game on the website. By registering, players can receive the latest development updates, event announcements, and news.

Here’s what you need to know about the game. Aniimo combines creature collection with open-world action RPG gameplay. It introduces a Twining system where players capture magical creatures known as Aniimo and fuse with them.

This fusion unlocks new abilities, alters how you interact with the world, and offers fresh approaches to navigating the environment. You can upgrade, evolve, research, and develop your creatures, each of which aids in exploring the expansive, interactive world of Idyll.

Idyll is a vibrant, dynamic open world designed to support diverse Aniimo growth paths. The world features puzzle-solving, exploration, and PvP combat, along with numerous other systems that unfold as you progress through the game’s story and mysteries.
