Where to Find Poachers in Bird of Prey in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
Poacher #1
The first poacher is relatively easy to find. After initiating the Bird of Prey quest by speaking with the gamekeeper, head to the north side of the pond. Enter the forest and navigate through the tall shrubs until you stumble upon a camp where the first poacher is hiding. Remember, while you can choose to kill the poachers, doing so will impact your reputation negatively. It's advisable to resolve the situation peacefully. This poacher is quite timid, making it easy to persuade him to surrender. You can either release him or turn him over to the bailiff. If you spare him, make sure to collect a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.
Poacher #2
Tracking down the second poacher is arguably the most challenging part of the Bird of Prey quest. You can gather clues by conversing with various NPCs marked by the quest to narrow down the search area. Alternatively, you can head directly to the specified location. This poacher is more defiant and will only comply if you have a high persuasion skill. In my experience, I had to resort to killing him and then collecting his equipment as proof.

The third poacher can be found in Slatego Forest. For more information, speak with Gravedigger Ignatius near Apollonia before heading out. Be prepared to encounter wolves in this area. You'll need to visit two locations: the first is an abandoned camp where the poacher was hiding. Although it's empty, you can scavenge for useful items. Then, proceed west to the second spot, where you'll find wolves feasting on a man's corpse. After dealing with the wolves, you'll discover that this was the missing poacher. Don't forget to take a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.

Poacher #4
Locating the fourth poacher can be dangerous as you'll need to venture deep into the woods, where you'll encounter three poachers. You don't necessarily need to engage them in combat. Your objective is to gather evidence by examining three items: a deer's corpse, a deer's skin, and a hanging deer's carcass. Once you've inspected these items, return to the gamekeeper to report your findings. He will then arrange for officials to apprehend the criminals.
Poacher #5
The final poacher you need to track down is surprisingly Hans. Finding him can be tricky due to the large search area. You can locate him near the rocks on the western side of the designated area. Since Henry won't be able to apprehend his old friend, you'll need to take Hans' poaching kit as evidence.
