Universal Pictures unveils the first look at Christopher Nolan's upcoming film, The Odyssey, starring Matt Damon as the legendary Odysseus.

The official synopsis describes The Odyssey as a sweeping action epic, filmed globally using cutting-edge IMAX technology. This marks the first time Homer's classic tale will grace IMAX screens.
The film chronicles Odysseus's arduous ten-year journey home to Ithaca after the Trojan War. While Universal remains tight-lipped about further plot details, rumors suggest an impressive ensemble cast.
Matt Damon, reuniting with Universal after his Oppenheimer success (which garnered seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director), was reportedly the first actor in talks for the project. Speculation points to a star-studded lineup potentially including Charlize Theron, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Anne Hathaway, Lupita Nyong'o, and Robert Pattinson alongside Damon.
