Application Description

Journey back 1000 years to conquer the world!

Lead an army through time, aiming for global domination a millennium in the past. But be warned – your primitive adversaries present unexpected challenges! Command a diverse resistance force comprising hundreds of warriors from various global cultures. Switch seamlessly between individual character control and strategic army-level command. This game masterfully blends grand strategy with immersive, interactive battles. And just when you think the conflict is over, history may repeat itself...

Game Enhancements

While largely free-to-play, optional upgrades enhance your gameplay experience. Customize your starting position, choosing your faction and initial territory size. Engage in thrilling fantasy battles between any two cultures, deploying as many warriors as your device can handle! You can even edit every character in the game (note: the game utilizes up to 1000 characters, regularly refreshed).

Intuitive Controls

Individual character control offers two options: the classic single-handed control scheme or the dual-wield system for independent hand control. If unfamiliar, pause the game (by tapping the dateline) and consult the in-game control guide. Helpful hints are also scattered throughout the game within scrolls and books.

Switch between controlled team members by tapping their health meter or directly selecting them on the battlefield. Activate "Commander" mode (via bottom screen arrows) for strategic overview, directing active team members by swiping from their position to a target location. Whether it's relocation, combat, or object interaction, your commands will be attempted, though success depends on the character's availability and priorities.

Zoom in and out using the familiar pinch-to-zoom gesture at the screen's center.

Strategic Map

The main "Campaign" mode demands territorial expansion by moving units between connected areas. Fortify existing territory or seize rival lands. Remember, only 50% of a territory's units are available for movement, making invasion more challenging than defense.

Territory populations increase after each round, incentivizing control of multiple regions. Units gradually regenerate health, encouraging diversified location usage per turn.

Performance Considerations

This is my most ambitious game yet and may require a high-end device for optimal performance. Reduce onscreen character numbers by lowering the "Population" setting or adjust other display options as needed.

This game offers far more than can be detailed here. Enjoy discovering its hidden depths!
